That's not true. I know love.

Love is a lie? What kind of love? human love which is distorted or God's Love which is Unconditional and not of this world.

Let me tell you this - In order to LOVE someone you HAVE to know that person in and out. The world does not want that to happen because if it does then the world can and will become a better place.

Love does exist and you need to find it through other means rather than what the world provides.

Love can mean many things and different things to many people. There are alot of romantic fictions that confuse people. The media puts out more junk that makes people have unrealistic expectations of others and themselves. If you are not talking romance then its different. If you think love doesn't exist you are dead wrong. No pun intended, lol. When you see someone jump in front of a car to push some child out of the way, thats love. More then that love is an energy that makes us alive. Look inside of you for the answers, try being still and aware.I know its hard in todays world, but try meditating, you will discover a light and energy inside of you and you will know in an instant its love. Then you will know that the same light and energy that is in you is also in others. You have to look in the right place to find it. The more love you give to yourself and others the more you will get back. When you haven't been treated well its hard, try loving yourself first , then when you feel good about yourself, spread it outwards. You will be amazed by the results. Good Luck on your spiritual journey.

Love means many things to different people. To suggest that no love exists in the world is false. But it is not seen in the same light by everyone which is why it is often seen as a lie. For example, most Christians love Muslims as it is part of their teachings. But I'm guessing that this is little understood by most Muslims. A love for a person must not be construed as acceptance of their beliefs or as condoning their actions. Another example, a parent may love their child but not permit them to do drugs. And then the child says that is a lie and the parent doesn't love them. I hope this makes sense.

Love holds the world together. If you have not yet found love, it only means you haven't found it, not that it doesn't exist.

You must first love yourself before you can find love, or for love to find you, or for you to give love.

Love can begin with admiration of someone. What qualities do you possess that someone can admire? Is there someone you admire and why? You have to give before you get, unless someone else has decided to give first with you being the target. Love takes time to be created. It is not switched on in a moment. Don't confuse lust with love. They are two different animals. Don't confuse loneliness and boredom with lack of love in the world. Don't watch the news so much. Take it in small amounts.

Don't be a doormat for anyone. Don't take abuse of any kind. You don't have to. No one does.

If there were no love in the world, I wouldn't take the time to answer you and try to help you see things in a better light.

P.S. I didn't get married until I was 38 and had time to get to know my wife-to-be, because I hadn't yet found the right one before meeting her. She is a hero to me for many reasons.

You have been "looking for love in all the wrong places"! Love is not a lie. Love is truth. This tired old world could certainly use more of it!

No. Love is what makes the world go round. If there was a lie involved, it wasn't love, it was something else.

Well, in all fairness, your true. Love is very much a social construct, what we think of as Love is a mix of chemical reactions and social normalities...so yes, your right
