Yahoo, Hotmail, and AIM Mail are some of the most well known freebie email accounts. However, there are others that do give you a larger inbox.

Gmail is free ~ but you have to know someone who has an account b/c it is by invitation only. The inbox size is 2700 mb ... (I have a few invites, so if you need one, let me know & I can send you one). ** Another plus about GMail is that you are able to use POP/SMTP protocols to read your mail offline.

Inbox.com .. The inbox size is a whopping 2GB, plus it allows you to POP your mail for ease of reading & replying.

Have an AIM SN? You already have a free e-mail. Its"insertyourscreenname"@aim.com. If you have a Yahoo account you can also create a mail account easily, it would just be "insertyourusername"@yahoo.com. Hotmail also offers free service. Also your internet provider may have multiple e-mails available. I have Verizon and it lets me set up up to 5 accounts under my Verizon username on Verizon-Yahoo mail.
