Christopher in spanish is Cristobàl.
The name Cristiano is actually the spanish for Christian.

This name means "bearing Christ" , it comes from Late Greek Χριστος (Christos) combined with φερω (phero) "to bear, to carry". He was a saint who carried Jesus-Christ in a river and is now the patron saint of travellers.

Cristobal Colon was the real name of Christopher Colombus.
