There is no way to fit blind spot mirrors on any bike and look cool. They are real useful on pickups as there is a blind spot just behind driver where door pillar restricts view.
If you cant turn your head you shouldnt be on an R6 as you obviously have neck problems and should be on something more upright for everyone elses safety. Take a look at Streetfighters and supermotards for cool looking 'practical' bikes

If you're looking to modify your 06 R6, I hope that you've changed out those silly stock signals!

I see so many nice R6s with those huge signals that look like they got stolen from a bus.

Don't use blind spot mirrors, they're reserved for people who drive cars & cant be bothered to check over their shoulder before they make a manouver. The best blind spot mirrors you can get are your eyes, just check over your shoulder before you move.
