In theory, everyone has an amount of energy and thus a frequency wich we can notice when we meet someone we think is special. What is it that we conect only with certain people?

Bzzzt! Apples and oranges alert! People have a certain amount of energy but frequency only enters into vibrational energy. A battery has 1.5V of potential difference and maybe 50 watts of energy, but it has the same "frequency" as a rock, i.e. zero.
If you lift that rock a certain distance against gravity, that rock suddenly has potential energy, which is released when you drop the rock and it hits the ground, but there is no "frequency" to the event, unless you count "once" as an acceptable frequency.
Our brains are firing in pulses, that creates an alternating (or vibrating if you prefer) electric field but as different neurons are firing with different timings it's all over the spectrum and of little use in "connecting."
The most likely cause of feeling a "connection" with someone else is cultural.

we do have frequencies, though they are often measured in karma and something recent called an aura
karma is your summed direction, good or bad
aura is the field of energy around you
when karma and your aura interact, they can be meausred by a special machine whose name slips my mind at the moment
the machin takes you frequncy (aura) and adds a color (karma) dependent on brainwave patterns and, well, your natural radiant frequency

Smell has more to do with that than anything else. Check out pheromones.
Our electrical vibration don't have enough power to effect each other. Smells, even though (or maybe because they are) on the subconscious level, do.

but we really have low frequencies...i don't know the specifics...
high frequency will mean low wavelength, and therefore might cause an object to invisible.
