I belive that i can as a not rich man to marry an rich woman and make her happy but i wonder if she can do the same to me. I need answers from females in the case and how.

Be careful. This is just not a matter of money but of social class. And it's a matter of acceptance/rejection by the inlaws. It's also a matter of her family trying to change you and become more like them to be accepted into their social class. Don't become a puppet.

someone told me-it is just as easy to fall in love with a poor man as it is to fall in love with a rich man. It makes more sense to have the money.
