No matter what I'm trying: pacifiers, teethers, playing, nursing.. She has no infection or whatsoever. Is there a cure lol?

Chewing their hands or fingers is one of the ways that babies tell you they are hungry. Even if you only nursed a short while ago, your baby may need a little *dessert.* :)
If she is not hungry, she will not nurse, so there is no need to worry about overfeeding her.
The other reason that babies chew their fingers and hands is that they are teething. This is perfectly normal behaviour and you do not need to stop it.
Some babies like to chew on a clean, wet washcloth, that has been frozen in a plastic bag. The ice crystals cling to the cloth and the rough surface is both soothing and easy to hold.
REMOVE THE BAG before giving the cloth to the baby!
(I had to put that in because you never know what some people will do! LOL )

My baby girl will be 6 months next week & for the last 2 weeks all she does is chew on her hand & tries to grab my thumb to chew on.It is normal because they are teething my ped.said.

Let her chew and suck on her hands. It's a baby thing.

how old is she? It's perfectly normal for her to do this as an infant. She is probably teething and it helps soothe her gums.
Try anbesol to numb her gums and maybe that will help or get a teething ring that has liquid inside, put it in the freezer and the cold will help her gums as well.

its a comfort thing, it would be better to chomp on a teether etc as hands may become sore but then what can you do
