how can i make it to original?i m using a laptop

1. try this, on start bar, next to the clock you should see dark blue square with to letters in it. click it, the menu will unfold, pick the english language.
2. if you do not see the blue square, go to control panel, pick a "keyboard" for older version of windows or "regional and language settings" for newer. choose languages, details, and so on, i think you can manage it from here...

Go into the settings and find "keyboard mapping" then just make the necessary changes and click apply all will be well. By the way there are only two ways this could happen. One you got a virus, scan to be sure. Two someone that has access to your laptop is pranking you.

you have your keyboard in a different language, like if its uk, or us the keys are different, go to control panel and change the settings. thats all controll panel/ regional keyboard settings
