Besides Depends for adults, I havent seen a guy pad before. Try using baby powder, cotton underwear, cotton pants. Cotton allows the skin to breathe.

Have you tried wearing UnderArmour brand gear?? They have pants, shorts, undies, head gear, and shirts. They absorb moisture, my son who plays football wears one under his helmet, and during summer practice wears the shorts and shirt. They are kinda expensive(there are knock off brands at Walmart that probably work just as good), but he is a "big guy" so he really needs it!!
