Cities and states aren't "gay." San Francisco has a large gay population, but the city itself isn't gay.

Key West, Florida. Most of the bars down there are gay. The city is widely known for it's gay activities.

I agree w/boker_magnum. San Fransisco has more gays per capita than most other cities. It's like some kind of mecca for sodomizers.
