I could only remember the first 3, but they mentioned a fourth on the documentary 'curse of superman'. Was it that forgetable.

Everybody makes mistakes, and Superman IV WAS one of them.I ain't seen the new one yet but i'm looking forward to it because thankfully they got the one man on the planet who could do the film justice Bryan Singer. He has literally saved the franchise if the reactions are anything to go by,and i hear a little rumour that he has been signed up to do the last Star Trek movie.COOL but i can't see it being the last one if he has this kinda success on it,Star Trek is too big to just be put in the bin

it was terrible and set superman back for years. it was the one where superman got rid of the worlds nuclear weapons and then fell foul of the enemy Nuclear Man. The new film however, Superman Returns, brings him back and is absolutely fantastic. the film i was looking forward to the most this year let me down terribly, X Men 3, so i was not expecting too much from this film but WOW. it is a must see for fans young and old i recomend it fully.

He fought Nuclear man who I think was created by Lex in the sun as the world put all it's weapons up there for peace. He was a Dolph Lungren lookin Mo Fo that sparked a bit. Very poor movie and yes utterly forgettable

My fiancee was mentioning something about that last night after we were driving home from watching "Superman Returns". He said it as a bomb, and should have never been made. Obviously it was before Christopher Reeve's accident, so it was quite awhile ago.

That was the one that he fought that solar powered guy that Lex Luthor created from a hair of Superman's head.

It was by far the worst of the Superman movies. I forgot all about it until this question.

yes, A different company made it with a poor budget. They did bring back Lois and Lex Luthor but it bombed at the box office.

I remember it. With dread. It was a particularly awful film.

It was either the one with Richard pryor or the one with the solar powered villain. Either way it was forgettable.
