I am concerned for you because you may have significant heart disease that is caused by your high triglycerides. The shortness of breath, difficulty doing normal activities without feeling distressed, or feelings of suffocation (if you have these symptoms) may be related to a failing heart. Whoever gave you the results for your triglycerides should have also had you consult a cardiologist (heart specialist) immediately. If not, I think it may be wise. Also get tested for diabetes and other cholesterol disorders as these often accompany high triglycerides. I cannot impress upon you enough, this is very serious. I don't and will never know you, but I sincerely hope you get treatment promptly and aggressively. Good luck.

It would be setting you up for major heart problems. Bring them down, Friend! My father also has high triglycerides- and not coincidentally, every single male in the family (except him, so far) has had heart attacks.

I agree that you may have an underlying heart condition. Please go to your doc to have him/her check out your heart and discuss your elevated Triglyceride level to get to the bottom of it before you see the bottom of a grave.
