What would you do if you were asked that kind of question?

By the way, is it allright if a woman asked her man (not a man asked his woman) that kind of question?

It is perfectly fine for a woman to propose!

When a man asks a woman to marry him he is "being a man". If he's too afraid to ask you, then he's not "being a man".

Do you really want to marry a guy who can't even be a man?

This happened with my parents: my mother asked my father to marry him.

The reason why he didn't ask her is because he was too scared to be a man and too lazy to work up the courage to do it.

This translated into lots of family problems later: he avoided raising his kids, he wouldn't engage the family in positive activities, and he held resentment that he got married and had kids.

It screwed us all up really bad.

If he can't even be an active part of the relationship right now and ask you to marry him, how do you think that lack of interest will affect you and your children when you force him into a marriage he doesn't really want?

Here are the tings you can look forward to by marrying someone like that: He'll watch lots of television, he'll hang out with his friends more than being at home, he'll bicker and fight with you and the kids regularly, when he is home, he'll engage in activities which avoids him having to interact with you and the kids.

God help you if he turns to drugs, alcohol or other women to avoid facing a marriage and family he never really wanted in the first place.

I think that it is totally acceptable for a woman to ask a man to marry her. Very 2006.

Depends on who is asking...it's so easy to say yes to it because it's really what everyone wants...not to be alone. But always remember this is the rest of your life. I think it is fine for a woman to ask a man, actually think it's kinda fun.

Of course it would be okay for a woman to propose. Just make sure your man can accept that and isn't all macho about that kind of stuff.

Send me a pic and I'll let you know if I'd marry you. If you are a freak in the sheets yet classy on the street youare my kind of gal.

Men love it when a woman takes control, but hold something back, never give all, men like to go hungry. My woman begged me to marry her, I married her sister, women should never beg.

Of course it's alright for the woman to ask if she wants to.

And what would I do depends very much on who's asking. I'm sure you're very nice, but I just don't know you. :p

It depends on how long you have been together and if you love each other and there is nothing wrong with a woman proposing to a man, though I prefer the old fashioned way thanks.
