i made a new yahoo great group but i am really sad cause no one about it,how can i advertise it or let the people i dont know know it?

There are several ways you can let others know about your new group:
1. If you have a 360 blog, you put the announcement in your blast with a link directing people to your new group.
2. Add a link to your signature when you send emails.
3. Join the Y-Promotions Yahoo Group. The group was set up just for ppl in your position that are trying to build group memberships. The group has 700+ members, post info about your group & the post will go through the group.
4. If you haven't already joined this one, you might also want to check out the Group Managers Forum as well. Lots of great advice on how to attract members to your group & lots of other tips on how to make your group a success.

Search the groups for groups called "Advertising Your List" and names like that. They have a lot of groups that were created for the sole purpose of advertising other groups.

Try to create your 360 degree yahoo page. There is automaticaly displayed your group. In your yahoo profile, all you friends will see tha 360 page, and there that group.
Maybe if you send a e-mail or IM to all your froends, and if they do the same thing with their friends, perhaps someone will be interested to see what is there.
