womens soccer is sort of popular. they have the womens fifa league and i think they do a womens world cup like thing.

Soccer is already a popular sport among girls it is played in schools, colleges and university levels so it is not new to anyone ,you can be a soccer player surely if have passion for this sport and practise hard.

Soccer was very very popular for girls in 1996 when the American team won the gold medal. Mia Hamm, one of the players (who ripped her jersey off and celebrated in her sports bra) became quite a celebrity.
If you like soccer, keep playing, and you could go to the Olympics, too!

I like soccer,too!I wanna be not only a player,but a manager as well!I don't think that women's soccer will never be popular,at least in my country(Greece),because women's bodies were not made for such sports!It's hard,but it's true!

i love playing soccer i have been playing for 7 years...and i hope to become a proffesional soccer player when i grow up..
