But shouldn't I save the money instead for my future education? I think college is much more important than music!

Ipods, are not worth the money. They just have their cool name fame.
Mp3 players are totally worth the money.
Ipod, requires iTunes, without that you can't use it. So you can't drag n drop music files.
Mp3 players are much more better, because you can update your music library anywhere with a computer. They give you more stuff in their package than ipod. With Ipod you have to have iTunes to put your music in it.
The new mp3 players look much cooler than the ipod and are much cheaper. Check em out at your local electronics store.
Some companys I recommend: Philips, Creative, and Sandisk.

I just got a shuffle. it was only 70 bucks, and I can just switch out the files when I get sick of the playlist. true, itunes does suck, but I don't mind it. you can also be a horrible horrible person like me and become a music pirate, and use kazaa or limewire to download songs.

Yes, it is. I have a iPod nano and I love it. They're getting cheaper, but they're still the same!

you shouldn't be on the computer go out and buy a ipod or better yet if you can wait ask for one for a holiday thats coming up or your birthday.......

yes, you can download your music collection plus go on-line and download videos, podcast, Tv shows. It's great!!

It may be exepsive but its work every penny. Plus now you can put videos and picture on them.
