West, because billups, hamilton, and wallace are more like second and third tier players than stars. And Big Ben can't make a shot for his life. Shaq won't be as dominant. Not that it matters because the no one takes the all star game seriously enough to try to win.

i'm gonna say east because it looks like slowly but surely, the east is becoming the stronger conference, besides theres a good chance the heat will have the best record in the east by the all star break and riley will be the coach (i hope...)
