You can also go to www.laworks.net which is the state unemployment agency and research keywords:
seaman, able body, tug, and similar and they are a number of jobs available.

Wow, if English isn't your first language, that's okay. I have no comment, but the best way to look for jobs is to first search for a "Job Bank" or something similar in your area, by typing "Job Search" into Google.
If English IS your first (and most likely ONLY) language, you need to take a little time to pay attention in school, and a LOT more time paying attention to what you type.
