A brand name would be helpful here. 924 is not enough info.
Usually lines on a printout signify a dirty roller inside the printer. printout material collects on the rollers that make a sheet of printer paper move along its way. This gives you lines that run up and down on the paper. It would also be helpful to know which directions the lines are running. Lines that go across the page are being made by the printing head and thus signify a need for attention here.

Give your printer a good head cleaning, make sure your ink is not old and sitting around too long, and make sure your settings and paper are compatible.

If that don't work you can re install the driver. Otherwise put it in the shop. May be cheaper to buy new.
