do you know how long it takes before the admission's office post the I-20 form, after all the required documents are received?

Usually, when all the documents are received, they will either accept or reject your admission. Then, for some school, you will need to confirm that you are going to attend the school by paying a deposit. Afterwards, they will issue you the I-20 form. The admission officer just input all your information online, and prints the form out... It doesn't take too much time to do so. But, it depends on the efficiency of the admission office of your school. The form is usually issued at least a month or two before school starts. In that way, you will have ample amount of time to apply for your visa and come over to the states.

This is completely dependent on your particular institution. I think your best bet is to get in touch with the office of international students/scholars and inquire. If you have already done this and have received no response I recommend calling instead of using email.
