Please don't say all of them...there's a point I'm trying to make with this. And July 7th was the UK's 9/11 - suicide bombers in London.

Indeed, an interesting question. I would have to say The Holocaust. Reason being is the sheer number of deaths. Jews weren't the only ones persecuted and killed. I've been to Germany and took a tour of a concentration camp...saw the film footages and all. Not an easy thing to digest.

Very interesting question but also not as easy.Everyone you think first but would this really serve mankind?Don't we learn from our mistakes? At least sometimes a bit.
I am afraid that if you erased the Holocaust for example it wouldn't take long before it happened again. The event happening has some prevention effect on the future in my opinion.
Sadly not enough,as the killings in Randa,Sierra Leone and Darfoer prove that every day.
So,I'd probably erase a natural disaster like the tsunami when faced whit the responsibility although it is also not clear if this would have a lasting positive effect.
I would prefer to be never in the position of having such a hard task and luckily I'll never be

The Holocaust, Tsunami were bad, But I would go with September 11. Too many innocent people have been killed in this world needlessly. Human beings couldn't stop the tsunami, but something could have been done to stop September 11 and the Holocaust, as well as all the wars.

I think it would have to be September 11th. For all their horrors, the other events did bring people together around the world. September 11th caused a change in the vortex. America had a wake up call and has been shooting the messenger ( The rest of the Wold) ever since.

Me too, all of them. But what happened on July 7th?

Ok, on second thought, I would say the Holocaust. Reason being, the sheer numbers but also the fall out is still being played out today. Genocide continues to rear its ugly head.
Also thank you for the reminder on July 7th. I was thinking this year.

none. the course of history can be drastically changed. imagine if we took away sept 11th? world terrorism would be growing faster than it is now.

the holocaust. just a horrible event.

july 7th put britain into the terrorism game by expierence, not by relations with the US

the tsunami. just an act of God, not punishing anyone, not smiting people, just the way God works. God kills your mom because he has to.
