I would put it anywhere you would want a bear to lick.
The list is endless, but if you are game, then your neck, behind your ears, your shoulders, your breasts, your stomach, the small of your back: the list is endless.
But if you are giving a bear honey sandwiches, then take the crusts off first.
We Pandas like to nibble on bamboo shoots, so maybe if you want a Panda you shouldn't use honey but do something with a bamboo shoot. Remember they grow in length very fast with the slightest moisture.
