You have spyware on your machine.
Options:
Spybot Search & Destory
http://www.safer-networking.org/
Adaware
http://www.lavasoft.com
If you are using windows XP get Windows Defender
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=435bfce7-da2b-4a6a-afa4-f7f14e605a0d&displaylang=en

These are all free programs.

I recommend that you go to Trendmicro.com and follow the links to their house call program. That program will do a virus scan on your computer, and clean out any virus it finds. Then search for Avast, it is an anti virus program that works very well.
Both of these options are free.
You could also try Panda, but I think there is a cost to have it remove any virus it finds.

The first thing you can do to avoid and prevent spyware attacks is to download and install the Firefox web browser. It blocks a lot of viruses and spyware that Internet Explorer is vunerable to.

Get Firefox here:
http://www.mozilla.com

Second, don't use Internet Explorer anymore, unless you absolutely have to use it to view a page.

Third, download, install, and run a scan with Spybot Search and Destroy, which you can download here:

This is the EXACT same thing I had this is how i got rid of it.... http://www.microsoft.com/windows/IE/community/columns/bugbusting.mspx
I assume you also got it from downloading a program named "Zip Codec" which says it is needed to play certain files on the internet... dont buy the programs that it says you should install because they are bogus.
