can I buy exterior artex in the UK?

Yes you can, i work for a plant hire company and we put it on the out sides of our portacabins, it is applied with a textured roller or a trowel, and when dry gives a rubbery finish (it doesn't dry hard), I'm not sure of the make but if you call a cabin firm I'm sure they will point you in the right direction, good luck....
