I must say that is a very intelligent question.
I only know of Uk and USA doing these aids relief.

The US has telethons with people pledging money to watch certain programmes, and that money going to charity.
Not as entertaining or emotional as Sport Relief or Comic Relief (in fact Children In Need might even be better!) but for a good cause.

well kind off. coz india can't do that coz they are suffing. its the rich countries that do stuff like that!!!
