My daughter just had her first "alone" visitation with her biological father, after a temporary court order allowed visitation. Visitations have always been in my presence because the child does not know the bioligcal father and she is so young in age.

After the alone visitation, it was clear that the biological father was filling my daughter with things like saying that mommy is bad. I know this because my daughter is just old enough to communicate, but not old enough to FULLY communicate. The day after the visitation she kept randomly screaming "No Mommy's Not Bad!" so you can tell where I think she may have heard this.

There is one more visitation scheduled before the final hearing...what are my chances of getting an emergency hearing scheduled to stop the next visitation as I feel that the visitation could potentially harm my daughter (mentally not so much physically)?

Get her to a qualified councelor right away - someone who can ask her the right questions WITHOUT leading her. Also contact the court that granted the visitations so they can moniter the situation. This must be stopped ASAP to prevent perminantly causing the child problems.

And there is nothing that says the child MUST know the biological father if he truely is doing this. His rights as a father can be removed for doing what is essentially using the child as a pawn to get back at the mother.

Go to the social worker immediately and report what's just happened. Odds are that they won't stop the next visitation but there will be a report of the child's change in behavior on file and this will affect the court's decision. They do look down on bad mouthing the other parent to the children. In the meantime don't say or do anything derrogotory to or about your ex. This will only put you in the same light as him.

take your child to a psychologist or social worker before the next hearing to document by a third party what the biological is trying to do

Let me tell you as someone who is going through the same thing that there is no way to prove anything. It's frustrating and I feel your pain.

the first thing you need to do is to get a tape recorder and tape your daughter saying these things. also, tape her when she is with you. a parent is not allowed to fill a child's mind with what they want to.

The he said, she said crap has to stop. Your daughter will quickly figure out what is true and what isn't. Be the bigger person.
