Hi I am currently wearing a 36c. It fits me in the cup size, but not around my chest area. I just bought me 5 new bras yesterday and htey all fit me the same. I looked at the d cup sizes, but the cups look so big. Anyone have any ideas? I hope I posted this in the right section.

I have tried 38c its more tighter in the boob area then the 36c are. Thanks ladies. I guess I will continue to go bra-less, lol. After breast-fedding my boobs have went D-O-W-N hill.

ALWAYS get yourself measured each time you buy bras. You never know how much you changed from one time to the next. It's a free service offered at most stores. It may be wrong cup size, band size, or just a bad style on you. I lost two cup sizes (one with each kid) due to breastfeeding so I know what you are going through! If you do decide to go up a band size, you will probably find that you have to gown down a cup size, i.e. 36C to a 38B. If you are shopping at a store where you can't get measured (like Wal-Mart) then get your husband or a close friend to measure you, preferably with a plastic tape as fabric ones tend to stretch. Good Luck!

it sounds like a 38C to me. if you're still unsure which size would fit you the best, stop by the nearest victoria's secret around your area and ask the sales person to measure it for you. they do that for free. then after you find out your bra size, if you don't feel like spending 50 bucks on a single bra..then you can look somewhere else for a better deal. but i'd really suggest victoria's secret though, their bras worth every penny and they last for a long time.

Try a 38C. It will give you more room around the chest area but the cup size will remain the same.

You didn't say whether the chest area was too small or too large. If it is too large, have you fastened it on the last hooks? If it is too small, they make extenders you can buy at the same place you bought the bras. And if you really want to get a perfect fit bra, then you will need to go to a specialty store that sizes them.

There are people who will design bras to fit you. If you have a body structure that does not fit the standard patterns, this is the best option. You can buy the designer bras in a large lot size to bring the cost down...

Well then you probably aren't a 36. I would definitely try the bras on before I got them because if it doesnt fit it's uncomfortable. Also different bras fit differently, so just because one size fits you in one brand doesn't mean another will....unfortunately

Try a 38 c. The 38 is around the body and cup is also adjusted to the fuller body.

The 'c' is your cup size, the '36' is not your size...Try sizing up to a '38', that is the width around, that will help...I used to work at Victoria's Secret...
