Condoleeza Rice is a bright, intelligent, highly educated and knowledgeable woman. She is definitely qualified to run for the office of president. However, because she is a woman, I'm not sure she would win a presidential election during these troubled times.
Nonetheless, if she was running opposite Hilary... I believe she would win the election....hands down! And yes...I would vote for her if she was running opposite Hillary.
