Contact the manufacturer to see if they have a polish or touch up paint. Don't use nail polish -- the acetone might destroy your frame!

Use a felt pen of the same/similar color if you must. But why would you care about cosmetic scratches? They're an indication that you're out there playing, which is a good thing.
