We all know that Mauresmo and Sharapova are on the top, but some rising stars are Sania Mirza, Ana Ivanovic, and Jelena Jankovic and Maria Kirilenko........some are just in the middle, not rising or dropping like Anastasia Myskina and Patty Schnyder.....dropping the rankings are Lindsey Davenport and Venus Williams.

well i think who deserve this title is martina hingis of switzerland after coming back form a injury without playing for almost 4 year came back this year and she already is rising higher amd higher in the rankings amothe star is statring to rise quickly is czehch republic nicole vaidisvo she is rising very high in the ranking(dotn forget she did make to the roland garraos semis and she did beat mauresmo)she could now be a easy threat to other tennis players
