How can u do this ? (I know it can be done in a different way but dont know how.)

I m seeking for a very logical reson & an alternative way to do it in form_load even.
(I know it can be done but dont know how..)

Put it in form activate:
Private Sub Form_Activate()
cmdok.SetFocus
End Sub

If you want any particular control to be on the focus you can set the Tab Index property of the control as 0

in form load event focus is on form,
try it another event,or call another function
