I think they are horribly misjudged. B/c of the whole situation that has been going on w/ the war, I think people have a bad perception of Iran and the people who live there. Some people act as if ALL Iranians caused problems here in the U.S., when in all actuality it was only a small group of people from countries around there. Sure, there has been some trouble going on there, but that doesn't mean people should think anything negative about Iranians as a whole. People, b/c of their ignorance, simply come to the conclusion that Iran and Iranians are, in a word, bad. People just don't take the time to dig deeper into the matter.

I have completely different views now that i used to have. After being in a romantic relationship with an iranian man, i have grown to understand their culture better, and hence the reasons for some of the things that they do. I believe that the taliban is a group of religious fanatics not unlike the christian idiots that stop abortion by killing doctors. the fanatics there do not represent the entire country, though we Americans would like to believe that. If we could believe that, then we could more easily define "evil"...only the open minded understand that it is impossible to define, categorize, and profile "evil". I loved my iranian bf -- he was OH so attentive...

The war should have never been started the way is was. There may however be an opportunity to get a democratic country stated in the region to change the way of thinking. Iran at present is an obstical to doing any good. It is starting to look like it may take a general war in the area to sort things out. God help us all.

I agree with Obilee. Iranians are humans just like us, people leaving comments such as 'wipe them all out' are idiots, don't blame the innocent people living in Iran for their government's decisions, the terrorist works of a minority or the bad light the medias portray them in.
I feel sorry for the innocent people who are going to get hurt, killed , their faith tested and their families destroyed when George Bush sets about making the Iranians the 'bad guys'. When he advances his attack, starts a war/invades them and uses his 'Weapons of Mass Destruction' against them (since he hasn't ruled out using nuclear weapons against Iran). If it were to take place, it would be the first hostile nuclear bombing since they did it to Japan.

What should my opnion be?They're humans and I think the media is putting the iranian president in a bda light. He's 100 times more intelligent than Bush for sure.

no manufacturing activity like china Germany etc,no services activity like India Philippines etc,no tourism activity like Singapore Switzerland etc no medical tourism like Cuba Singapore etc no technology activity like USA, japan etc i think Iranian enjoying life through selling oil and gas so there is need to do something special, i think Iranian religion is special but most people in world has it so offer the world something special

They are people like everyone else, like i am Iraqi, my friend is African who cares. People live in this world, we are similar in more ways then we know. You can't just bomb the whole country, there are innocent people everywhere.I love iranians i love all cultures!
