No matter what u do nothing will work this is not an average stain like food sauce, juice, and candy stains. But bleach on clothes are permanent. Sorry go buy another pair!

Actually if you wiped bleach on them, you removed the color rather than stained them. Is it a large spot? The best you can do is to re-dye the shorts, either the same or a slightly darker color. Sorry... good luck! :)

That's not a stain. Bleach chemically reacts with the dye in the fabric, lifting it away.
Maybe someone can re-dye the shorts for you. Or use more bleach and make it into a design.

The bleach has removed any color either re-dye them completely or tie die them with more bleach-no other answer as it's a burn and not really a stain-sorry.ktf.x

It was bleach, so it's not a stain--it's a faded spot. The only way to get rid of it is re-dye them.
