I was reading from Daily Teen section in the astrology for Yahoo! and was kinda stumped can someone help me just a little with this. I will post it below.

Two different promises are luring you in opposite directions. Do you rely on the integrity of the person, or would you rather seek an outside guarantee? Your preference may dictate your ultimate selection.
Is this saying I have made tewo promises about the same thing or two totally different ones that have nothing to do with one another? And what happens to be the meaning of dictate in this term...???

It's astrology bozo!! Do your really want to live your life making decisions on what some Jack off or clit diddler writes in the paper? YOU make your own life happen. . . sure there are some things that are chance but 95% of what happens in your life is determined by YOU! Reas all 12 horoscopes for a few days and you'll find they are always vague and leave enough open for interpretation that they ALL seem to pertain to your life! Take your life by the horns. . . look inside you. . .use common sense and dictate your own life. . . don't let a published group of wishy washy sentences do it for you. GOOD LUCK!

It's vaguely worded which is intended to leave it open to your own interpretations. "Dictate" in this reference means 'detetermine'. It's really saying that there are two choices before you directly related to individuals and it may be that one of those choices or individuals ou do not entirely trust. The question is, are you more likely to trust the person or go outside of that relationship and seek something more trustworthy? Answering that question will tell ou more about what you'll choose. The two are likely related to the very same thing.
My two: When astrological columns offer only speculative advisement at best, particularly those that refer only to the sign of your Sun, at least do a comparison at another site that offers a more thorough selection based upon all of the planets in your chart.
http://www.astro.com is free and very easy to negotiate, but there are many others out there as well. Having more than one reference point can usually give you all of the information that you need to know to interpret how the data may (or may not) apply to you.

The time and date on the lunar calander when you were born matters too. And if you have a chinese name, the number of strokes in your name also plays a part. I am not too sure why are you a metal horse though, I have only heard of Gold, Wood, Water, Fire and Earth.

ur going way to deep into something which is so unpredicatable that my master would say u go into something like astrolgoy very carefully....out of 100 only 1 is valid rest is all jargon....
wat u should be working on is ur own...awareness... on living life moment to moment....thats the key...
