Well that would depend on the war now wouldn't it love?

I mean, if you are talking about WWII, then most people would argue that it was very justified, otherwise nut jobs would rule the world.

If you are talking about the current war in Iraq, some people would argue that it is entire unjustified because we have no right to be there and tell them how to rule their country.

However, you weren't very specific, so I won't be either.

Cheers!

a war makes both the the victor and the vanquished unhappy

there is loss of resources leaving the people lot poorer than they were before the onset of the war

all finer feelings between the people of the warring factions are lost and men start behaving like animals

there is a lot of bloodshed, loss of lives, mothers are deprived of their sons, wives are deprived of their husbands, sisters and brothers lose their brothers.

the aftereffects of the war are so devastating that it takes a long time for things to become normal

when it comes to war human memory is not very short.for a long time the warring people hate each other

to cut a long story short war is like plague and should be shunned as we shun plague

Start your essay with the premise that "War is NEVER justified". You can prove your point by realizing that there is only one reason for war. Profit. Whether is it for land, money, oil, religion, ect. There are people, countries, organizations...anyone who is willing to trade a life, including their own, for profit, and are willing to kill or die for it. Even if its someone else who tells you to, and calls it patriotism. Now tell me, how can this ever be justified. EVER. "What are you willing to kill or die for?" Just ask yourself that question. Your answers will give plenty of points to begin your essay.

There are countries that absolutely hate Americans. If we didn`t go to war with these countries and produce concequences, they would take over this country in a matter of minutes.War is nessessary as long as there are agressive people in the world.Otherwise, the opressors would be in charge and we`d be under a dictatorship and lining up to recieve our weekly(or monthly) rations, instead of going shopping when we wanted, and buying what we wanted. You can`t even imagine the depression of countries such as ours under such rulers.

i thin war is unfair because you fight and fight and when one wins the battle, then the loser has to deal wiht all their losses, and all of the clean up. then it makes you think when you are little, you are taught not to fight over things or over what someone says, but war is the same thing, they are fighting over having bombs in their country and plans of mass destruction to another country. thats why in previous wars the government told the parents not to tell the kids about the war not to frighten them, but i think they did it so that the kids would grow up and fight over things.
