She'll be feeling tired during this time... so any time you can afford to give her time to nap... would be helpful. Any little help to her whether it's a cup of hot chocolate, or doing the laundry, to making dinner would be a great help.
By the way, foot rubs are great. Don't forget the cocoa butter cream on the belly. That's really sexy and romantic.

Have your daughter help you with the dishes once in a while, the laundry, the cleaning. Another big help is to have your daughter realize she can't bother Mommy because she is in a "delicate condition".
Also, massaging her feet and her back once in a while will do wonders for her.
Basically, just try to do as much of the work as possible; do not let her worry so much. If she wants to do something, sit down and ask her what things she wants you to do that would ease her mind (and body) during this pregnancy. you'd be surprised how the little things do help.

Rub her feet clean the house do all the things she ask you to do but don't make her have to ask. Take on your 3 year old everyday needs but don't let your wife feel left out. I just realized that you said you need to make her feel better. I would think that the happiness a new child brings would really be something to make her feel good.

first of all dont ask her to take care of the child u have, cook, and clean the house at one time. just her make her feel happy and comfortable.let her do it when she feels like it. like dont say why didnt u clean or cook today ,she might be sick or something. help her in house workspecially mopping and washing dishes cause its hard on pregnant women to do these kind of works. cook for her when she has morning sickness. take her out and buy her something nice for the new born that will make her so happy.tell her how pretty she is even though she is pregnant.never tell her that she is gaining too much weight or she looks tired or hurrible that will bothers her. she will go through mood swinging cause of her pregnancy so u have to bare with ehr and give her confidence. congrats on her pregnancy.

Help with the chores... even your daughter can help with this my 2 1/2 year old helps with the laundry by putting the cloths in the dryer when i hand it to him and unloads the silverware from the dishwasher... right now she is in the beginning and is probably tired so let her rest... just ask her what can we do to help you out today!!!
i think it is so sweet that you want to make this pregnancy easy for her!!! Congratulations!!!

Give her what ever she may need or want. Massages are always great for her because she will be getting alot of back aches. Just make her feel comfortable, stress free, an just let her know how beautiful she looks an how much you love her. Congrats on the second baby.

Keep making her feel special, and letting her know how much you appreciate what she is doing for your whole family. Do things just for her, too, not just things for the baby. Surprise her with flowers, or take her out to dinner. Have your daughter draw pictures for her, or use any of her other talents. When she's feeling sick or depressed, be understanding, but don't try to say "I know how you feel"--you don't. Encourage her to talk about how she feels, and reassure her about any fears she may have.

You are about 10 weeks too late for that one.
Tell her to accept her responsibilities for being pregnant.
She had a large part in the act of getting pregnant.
And please tell her to lay off on the guilt trip,
especially on the 3 year old.

as the father, you can rub her feet/back and help clean the house. many mothers are very tired during the first trimester and don't have a lot of energy. the little one can help in the same way. have her help do the dishes. there really isn't a lot she can help do, but it's the idea that she's helping mommy out.
