Theres a price to pay for "real" supernatural phenomenology, and its high. There are intelligent things out there that are both smarter than you, much more powerful than you, and quite willing to use you and throw you away.
Your question sounds like you are looking to dabble. Its probably better that you talk to someone who has walked the road and ask a few questions about the long-term costs and benefits before you start asking for techniques. How many birds have you hit with the same stone in one throw and watched them fall from the sky? I have seen one dabbler, like a stone, hit 30 lives and change them all for the much worse, including their own, and their family. When you dabble the people close to you pay the highest prices. It opens doorways of self that those beings can reach through and exert influence, and also walk through and into a person and control them. They always optimize their exploitation of using people. They arent like the stupid supernatural you see on tv.
My points are be for you dabble know the cost by talking to someone who has walked down that road a long time, and dont walk into it thinking your not going to get hurt because you are going to get seriously used and abused.
