What is meant in the meaning of forgiveness. to live this through. I have come to understand an authority above the people whom I gave judgement up to. I to was not held to be of innocence but when I lifted up the crime unto God I did this knowing His Judgement to be fair and right. How many of us can say we trust in God this way? and be of rest to our own way's?

There is a true story of a woman from Africa who adopted as her son one of the men who murdered her husband and hacked at her body too, during the war between the Hutus and the Tutsis. All her friends were afraid for her and thought she was crazy, but she had practiced Forgiveness from God above.
I hope you have seen or will watch the movie: "End of the Spear". It is also a true story of difficult-to-understand Forgiveness.
You are absolutely correct: none of is guiltless--ALL have sinned and come short of the glory of God. If Christ Himself could ask forgiveness for His murderers even as He hung on the Cross, we too must practice forgiveness. He is the only one who can judge.
Not all of us do trust God in this way, but all of us can, by His power. For us it is impossible, but with God all things are possible.
