Go to your doctor or the local health department if you suspect that you're pregnant. Normally if your period is two weeks late and you're feeling nauseous all the time then you're probably pregnant, but be sure that it's not your mind psyching you out in such a case, it's amazing how much influence the mind can have over the body. If you really want to know if you're pregnant sooner then do a home test 3-4 days after your period is late. If the test is positive then you should go to the doctor and have an official one done there so you can begin the pre-natal health care process.

the tests are 99% accurate at close as the first day of missed period. If it's negative try again - if it's positive, know that false positives are almost impossible
