down to earth, communicable, and smart...
for physic, I don't care about that too much...
If she is beautiful, I'm glad... But if not, it's never mind...

First and foremost, a big smile, and she has to be down to earth earth. I hate when girls think they are better than everyone else. Everything else is negotiable.
