She was using different soaps and I think it aggravated her acne. What can she do now? I dont know what advise I could give her to relieve her swollen pimples.

She should go to a dermatologist quickly. Acne is caused by bacteria, and a doctor will recommend a proper course of treatment. And you're right, the different soaps probably made her problem worse.

If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.

Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:

There are some antibiotics that can help.See a doctor for that.
The best product line I know is Clearasil especially the little gone in three days tubes.
Now don't believe that claim, but it does reduce acne quickly and really improves the way your skin looks quickly.
If anyone starts about her diet, ignore that.Food habits and acne are not related, that is just a myth

Hi, go to www.wonderful.myarbonne.com and have her check out the Clear Advantage Line. People are having great results with this product. She can pay $29.00 for a sign up fee and that get 35% off everything in the catalog. They call it a consultant fee, but you don't have to sell anything. I look at it like a Sam's Club membership. This is a 6 step system that sell retail for $66.00, but with the 35% discount it is $42.90 plus shipping and handling and applicable tax.

Ok, I have problems with acne too, and the best thing to do about it is put on TOOTHPASTE before it starts oozing pus. the toothpaste has baking soda in it, and it dries it up. or, you can just use baking soda and water, mixed into a paste. Put it on the zits BEFORE they start oozing pus, at night before you sleep. Put it on, leave it on for a few minutes, then rinse it off with water. The skin around the zits will be dry, but it will help your acne. Good Luck!

She probably needs to find a good odorless soap like dove and use it and then use some acne treatment products.
