it doesnt worry me, im 15 by the way. 16 in 2 months, and shell go crayzy! when she fid out, so i wanna soften the shock, lol, my sis did her own lip so shell kill me lol.

And for your information i dont even wear tight ops, i wear V-neck cos they suit my shap..actually! and my mum already knows now, damn, but shes kool with it. i got it for free so its not a waste, woo go me!

Okay, I did a search on this, since I'd never heard of it before, and the first few links were horror stories. You only really *have* to tell her if something's going wrong and you can't take care of it yourself. You don't say how old you are, but the fact that this worries you makes me think you're on the younger side. She'll find out eventually, and it's best to tell her before she just accidentally sees. Find a calm, neutral time and place where she's not likely to start yelling (if you think she'll yell, don't choose a public place) and say, "There's something I'd like to tell you." With luck she'll think you're going to say you're pregnant and marrying a punk rocker, so this'll come off as a bit of a sigh of relief. ;-) Good luck!

for 15 i'd say that was kinda a stupid thing to do.
firstly, i don't think those peircings are attractive at all. theya re just a waste of money and look stupid and lumpy under tight shirts
no offence, but i don't think telling u're mom that u r mature is gonna work
but, if u don't tell her for like another 5 years, it will fly
btw, u're luckey. my friend did the same thing when she was 16 and her's got really infected and nasty and in the end she had to get rid of it but her nipple is perminetly errect and scar ed

The only reason at this point to tell you mom is to get in trouble. Take care of it and keep it hidden for as long as you can. Then when she does find out, you can tell her how long you're had it and how much you've taken care of it. In a way, you can show that you had the responsiblity to take care of the peirceing. (Though, ifyou are careful, she may not find out for a long time!)

If one makes you more attractive, why don't you get more. Put all kinds of rivets and fish hooks all over your face. Poke holes everywhere. Hang a bunch of dime store jewelery on yourself. Make yourself look like a walking flea market. Do it, you'll look great and be real cool.

i think you should just tell her bout the new addtion to your body. get it over and done with. yeah she might go off on one for abit. but it will soon blow over. reasure her that it can be taken out. and tell her when you r on your own with her.
