go to Control Panel \ Add or Remove Programs \select yahoo toolbaar......and uninstall .....so simple .

Uninstall Yahoo Toolbar or Hide Toolbar
Right click on the Toolbar and uncheck the Yahoo! Toolbar option.

go View menu > Toolbars > uncheck the Yahoo Toolbar
or
you can go to Control Panel > Add or remove programs > Uninstall Yahoo Toolbar (to completely remove it, don't worry, this will not remove the yahoo messenger)

If you just want to not see it, go to VIEW up atop your screen, go to TOOLBARS and unselect whichever u don't want to see.. if you just don't want it I guess you'd have to uninstall it.
