I'm guessing love dependancy is always needing to be in love with someone? I guess you'd need a therapist for this. Because you'd want to get at the root of why you're love dependant. This dependancy will be a viscious cycle that can damage relationships with people.

i did untill the love of my life left, then i had no choice but to stand on my own two feet, but in retrospect it was the best thing that happened i changed my job, which i love now and work full time , i am more self assured and less dependent and needy, This took time i admit but it gave me confidence that i lacked, So good luck in what you decide to do .

no i dont think i do. i've been single for quite a while, i have lots of friends, get on well with my family, have a full time job and dont feel like i need to be in love to make me happy or contented. i am happy with my life the way it is at the moment. would be nice to fall in love one day but feel like i have plenty of time for that and dont need it right now.
