why do the clerks always hold conversations with their coworkers and they don't acknowledge your presents. i dont expect to be doled over but they should wait til the coustomer is gone. and why do they not realize you need a bag for the 10 items you just purchased? Is it piss poor management running the store?

Hello, my name is Mrs Convience Store, I'm the big boss of all convenience stores in the world, and I have a strict training programme for ALL my staff, oh yes, I really do! Firstly, they learn how to have 'selective hearing' they will hear a colleague shout 'would you like a drink' from the back of the shop, all that long way, but, they have been trained to not hear the customer who is standing at the counter ready to pay, even if you cough politely, they'll either ignore you completely or give you a dirty look, that training costs us over £1000 per staff member, secondly, we train all our staff in ecology, we train them that it's never a good idea go give, or even offer a carrier bag or offer any kind of extra packaging, this is obviously to stop the staff members extra long false nails from breaking, and to stop pollution to the environment, if one of them nails were to fall off, the cashier would need to re-apply even more glue, hence making for a slightly more unstable environment. The management teams I employ do an excellent job, they make sure my standards are lived up to, and they will come down and talk to you if you make a complaint, all complaints are dealt with, with a little tut, a roll of the eyes and a 'oh...soooorrrryyy', as soon as you leave our store, our staff are more than happy to chat to each other about what an idiot you are and how you are sooooo stupid for even bothering to complain. you should file a compliant with the store Mgr. and if they dont care go over their head talk to the regional director if its a nationwide chain. These workers alot of time are just teenage wanna-bes or actual teenagers and dont care that your spending your hard earned money in their store...
