No, Its quick and easy, just use the tutorials that you can find under the help menu.

The fundamentals are pretty easy. Run through the tutorial, and/or get a "dummies" type book on Dreamweaver and you will be able to create a simple web page in a matter of minutes. Good program to learn website making on.
The advance features are some many and varied that you can spend years learning everything it does. It is pratically unlimited in its ability.
So, yes it is easy - but also powerful and complex

Playing around with it is the best thing to do. Just click on the design option and start exploring the pictures and tables you can add to make your webpage. The choice of colors is usually what makes or breaks a good website, as well as the quality of the jpg. graphics that you add in there.

Go on, do it. You can conquer the world if you want. If you could do a print graphics software then Dreamweaver is very much a possibility. Its not complicated, I have done it. best of luck.

Not really it all depends on what you want on your web page and how you want it to look! But for basics it's cool. Plus there are lots of good tutorials on the net!

I would have to say yes it is very complex but can do anything you need to do to a website, I have it but don't use it a lot I use a simple one called NAMO webeditor it will do what I need to do

Nope... it's very Very easy.... 60 days... can make you PRO.... but if you try learning Scripting.. it's going to take you a year for that...
