lots of people, they should be happy that they are alive, have a good life instead of moaning, many people are very fortunate compared to people in the third world countries, they should just be happy

"Beautiful" is a subjective term. However, I agree with you that people do moan when the weather has turned beautiful. This is because no one is ever satisfied. They whine all winter about how cold it is and when summer gets here, well, you know the story. Me, I try to look for beauty in all weather, whether it's cold, raining, hot, whatever, because the earth is beautiful no matter what it's like out.

Partly a question of preference. I do not like it when it gets too hot, I have a preference for cooler weather, hence, when the temperature reaches 25+deg. C. I do tend to complain.
Having said that, there is a bit of a breeze today where I am so not too bad. Quite nice in fact.

because everyone thinks that, no matter what the weather is, it could be better, so it could be a little cooler when it's real hot, a little or a lot warmer when its cold, drier when it rains, wetter when it's dry. No matter what the weather is there are some people who will not like it, and they are the ones who complain
