not ever body does that ur so crazy yes ppl do that i'm sure but it happens all over the world in all diff states and if not 4rm west va then i'm sure they do it in ur state i'm 4rm wva but i live in va and ppl do it here i still go to wva and i have never heard of it

My daughter just went through a divorce in west virginia, the mother is granted custody of the child, and the father is granted custody rights. He usualy gets the child every 2 weeks on a sat. and sun. 8 hrs. a day. and so much shared time on holidays and b-days. The only way they will grant the father custody is if the mother can be proved to be an unfit mother, child neglect, etc. It doesn't matter about her income, because they will make your brother pay child support.

No, cause she'd be moving in with your brother. Thankfully that divorce covers both (Wife and sister) but your brother still your brother man.
