Success is waking up wanting to get going! It's not necessarily money, but most of the time if you find that thing that makes you happy and feel fulfilled you will gain money! I think success is feeling as if you are doing something that you like, and are able to make enough to provide your necessities while doing it!
That is an illusive goal! Most of us strive to make money, and loose the wonder of life.

Success means something different to everybody.
To me---success means achieving happiness. If you are happy with your life.......you are successful.
Promotions, wealth, recognition means nothing if you aren't happy.
