There's a movie, thought it might have been a Jerry Lewis Film. It starts with a man talking to his doctor about why he's there. From what I understand, the movie goes into his explination. At the end of the movie, the camera pulls away and there's a sword fish stuck through the middle of the guy. Any help would be greatful.

I saw this movie many years ago, it was very funny. It was called "Hook, Line and Sinker" and the plot was that Jerry Lewis was told by his doctor that he was dying so he goes on a wild spending rampage. He then finds out that he is not dying and the story was a ruse to cover up an affair that the doctor was having with Lewis' wife.

yes, that is a very funny Jerry Lewis movie. I think he finds out that he is sick and going to die, so he does all the things he wanted to do, has romances and goes marlin fishing and that is what is stuck in him. Great movie, sorry I can't remember its title.

I believe it was "Hook. Line and Sinker", where Lewis had been given six months to live so he blows all his money and then finds out he is not going to die after all, funny movie
